Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 66 and reached 55,917 on Sunday, a health department official said.
The death toll touched 806 as one of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 54,362 with 83 of them getting discharged on Sunday. The number of active cases is now 749, the official said.
“With 1,310 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 5,14,309,” he added.
