Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 98 and reached 56,623 on Sunday , a health department official said.
The death toll touched 818 as three of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 54,792 with 79 of them getting discharged on Sunday. The number of active cases is now 1013, the official said.
“With 1,435 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 5,25,665,” he added.
