Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 31 and reached 1,79,338 on Thursday, a health department official said.
The death toll touched 3,482 as none of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day but state health bulletin has added 94 additional deaths from August 2020 to June 2021 to the tally claiming that they were reported late.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 175408 with 24 of them getting discharged on Thursday. The number of active cases is now 448, the official said.
“With 3038 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 15,70,187,” he added.
