Sankhalim: Speaker of Assembly Pramod Sawant and Health Minister Vishwajit Rane today met the people dependent on mining industry, who are on a sit-in protest at Sankhalim.
Talking to the protestors, Vishwajit said that the protestors need to have faith in the government, who is trying its level best to resume mining. “Our aim is to resume mining. We will try to start the mining by the end of this year,” he said.
Sawant said that the mining dependents should cooperate with the government, which is working to find out the solution.
