Panaji: Goa will undertake second round of covid vaccination on Friday with more private facilities and community health centres joining the programme.
Sources in the Directorate of Health Services stated that the vaccination at Goa Medical College and Hospital and Sub District Hospitals (Hospicio and Azilo) would be held on Saturday.
After poor response for the vaccination at GMCH during first round on Saturday, the attempts are made to encourage hundred percent participation for the second round.
Manipal and Healthway hospitals had participated in the first round showing amazing results. Manipal utilized all the 100 vaccines. For the second round, more private hospitals including Victor at Margao would be added.
