“Unfortunate that well planned Martyr’s #Garden in heart of #Panaji with iconic floating 2 ton stone ball, is locked & used as dumping ground.
Request Urban Dev Min @MilindSagunNaik to open this garden for public use, as demanded by Panjekars”
