Panaji: Union AYUSH minister Shripad Naik is recovering well and his general condition has improved, Goa Medical College and Hospital said on Saturday.
GMCH Dean Dr Shivanand Bandekar, in a medical bulletin, issued here has said that Naik is recovering well and his general condition has improved.
“All his vital parameters including Blood pressure, Pulse rate, and oxygen levels are within normal limits,” Bandekar said.
The Dean said that Naik still continues to be on high flow nasal cannula (HFNC) oxygenation. “All his blood values are within normal limits,” he said.
Bandekar said that Naik’s left upper limb and left lower limb dressings have been changed today and wounds are looking better than before and healing well.
“Left wrist and elbow passive mobilization has been done. He has been started on semi solid diet,” the bulletin reads.
“Left hip and knee have been positively mobilized. He is tolerating bedside physiotherapy well,” Bandekar said.
