Porvorim: Independent MLA Rohan Khaunte on Thursday questioned Chief Minister Pramod Sawant over his failure to “seek solace and save his Mother Mhadei.”
Khaunte was reacting to CM’s meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Wednesday which failed to discuss crucial Mhadei issue.
The Porvorim MLA tweeted “#Goa CM meets PM over mining issue? Very surprising as mining issue has been prevalent for long time. Secondly, how come CM forgot to seek solace & save his Mother Mhadei.”
“A man who forgets responsibility of his Mother will never be responsible to the People! We all know why he rushed to meet PM immediately after BJP General Meet. For a Power hungry man like Pramod Sawant, Election Agenda scores priority over Mother Mhadei!.”
