Sanguem: Former Shiv Sena Goa Vice President Rakhi Prabhudesai Naik seems to be on her way to join Trinamool Congress Party.
While there is no formal confirmation from her side, sources stated that representatives of TMC held three hour long meeting with Rakhi in Margao on the weekend.
She had resigned from the post of Vice President Goa Shiv Sena expressing her anguish over the working of the Mumbai-based party.
After resignation, she has been on the spree of tweets, asking people of Sanguem to think Independently.
Sources close to her said that Rakhi might join hands with TMC to further strengthen local MLA Prasad Gaonkar, who has already expressed his support to Kolkatta-based party.
