Panaji: MLA Babush Monserratte said that it would be premature to make any statement on possibility of flooding of Panaji city during the rains due to incomplete works of smart city.
Talking to reporters, Monserratte said that the rains have started just now. “It is premature to make any statement right now,” he said.
The MLA refused to answer questions on smart city asking mediapersons not to raise the same issues time and again.
Monserratte also said that Bainguinim Waste Treatment plant would be completed soon.
