Bambolim: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar was discharged from Goa Medical College and Hospital near here where he was admitted since Saturday.
Parrikar, 63, was admitted to GMCH on Saturday and had remained hospitalized there for treatment of his pancreatic ailment.
“CM has been discharged from GMCH and has gone to his residence at Dona Paula,” a senior official from Chief Minister’s Office said.
During his admission at GMCH, Parrikar was treated by a team of doctors from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi besides the doctors from the hospital (GMCH).
State Health Minister Vishwajit Rane on Monday had claimed that all the parameters of Parrikar were stable.
