Panaji: Corporation of City of Panaji Mayor Uday Madkaikar was seen blatantly violating the traffic rules when he sat on the front of the jeep during victory procession of Congress candidate Babush Monserratte in Panaji.
Madkaikar who is a strong supporter of Monserratte is seen sitting on the front portion of the jeep which also had St Cruz MLA Tony Fernandes in it. The blatant violation has gone unnoticed to Traffic Police.
