Valpoi: Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has said that Paikul bridge would be a vital link for connectivity and progress.

The bridge was inaugurated on Monday by Chief minister Dr Pramod Sawant in presence of Rane and Poriem MLA Dr Deviya Rane.

After the ceremony, Vishwajit Rane tweeted “ Bridging the gap between rural and urban communities, the newly inaugurated Paikul Bridge in Guleli will serve as a vital link for connectivity and progress. The bridge was inaugurated today by Hon’ble CM @DrPramodPSawant in the presence of MLA Poriem Constituency,  @draneofficial, Vice Chairman Kedar Naik, and sarpanches and Panch Members from Poriem and Valpoi constituencies.”

“Development plays a crucial role in the well-being of our people, and I am grateful to CM Dr. Pramod Sawant for commissioning this bridge, which will significantly enhance connectivity for the people of Sattari.”

Rane said that during his address, he shared his vision to make Sattari a progressive hub in all aspects, including development, infrastructure, job creation, and more.

“The planning for the new Savordem bridge is currently underway, and its foundation stone will be laid in two months under the guidance of the CM. I also reminded the people about Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi’s vision for a Atmanirbhar Bharat, encompassing economic growth, infrastructure development, digital transformation, skill enhancement, social welfare, and global engagement, with the aim of creating a prosperous and inclusive India,” he said.

Rane said “We are dedicated to ensuring that all the schemes and facilities provided by PM reach the doorstep of our people.”

“The people of Sattari are my strength, and together following the vision of our Hon’ble PM we will strive to create a swayampurna Goa, a stronger and developed constituency that sets an example for the rest of the state. This bridge is just one aspect of our efforts, and we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that our people receive the best services and opportunities.”
