Panaji: The Revolutionary Goans Chief, Manoj Parab remarked that outstation political parties with vested interested is sending their political bigwigs to Goa as they prepare for the 2022 assembly polls. Many new parties have thrown their hat in the ring and it will be a multi-party and keenly-watched affair, but RG is vying to fight the polls independently as promised.
As the Goa Assembly elections are drawing near, many outstation parties have started coming in to show their presence.
“The parties from outside the state are coming here and making promises. They are not even able to define who is a Goan and give false assurances. Goa does not need parties from outside, they will retain their identity and land on their own. People from Goa are forced to go out of the country to earn a living. Fields, hills and water bodies have all been finished in the name of development,” said Manoj while addressing a gathering at São José de Areal.
The Congress MLA, and two-term chief minister Luizinho Faleiro has joined Trinamool Congress (TMC). Being in the Congress party for forty long years, what has he done for Goa alleged RG.
“There are almost 40 scrapyards operating illegally and no action is being taken. The government has completely ignored law and order in Goa. There are no proper facilities for fishermen like cold storage, exclusive market or area allocated for them to dry their nets and fish. Neither has the government provided any training to the farmers or fishermen. The forthcoming assembly elections will be fought for the existence of Goa and win back our traditional businesses. I am confident the people of Goa will bring Revolutionary Goans into power.”

  1. It is very sad to see some Goans are making RG a Hero just because RG says Ghati to Non-Goans. This is a Clear Cut Politics of Hates. Politics of Hates has no place in a Peaceful Goa. Goans don’t want violence, please. RG means 3 H’s = Hate, Hatred & Humiliations.
