On 07.05.2023 at 01.57 hrs registered Anjuna PS Cr . No. 74/2023 U / s 7 ( 1 ) ( 3 ) ( iii ) of Foreigners Order 1948 punishable U / s 14 of Foreigners Act 1946 to the effect that on 07.05.2023 at 01.15 hrs at Badem , Assagaon accused person namely Mr. Innocent Chiukwu , age 38 years , Nigerian National presently staying Badem , Assagaon was found staying illegally in India / Goa without possessing valid travel documents , thereby contravening the provisions of Foreigners Order 1948 & Foreigners Act 1946.
Accused arrested and further produced before Hon’ble JMFC Mapusa and remanded to 14 days Judicial custody. I.O. PSI Sahil V. Warang of Anjuna PS.
