Morjim: Goa Crime Branch on Friday arrested 43-year-old Nigerian national at Morjim beach in North Goa for trafficking cocaine in the beach belt.
Police spokesman said that on Friday, November 29, Police Inspector Rahul Parab attached to Crime Branch received information that a Nigerian national will be arriving to deliver drugs to his customer at a shack on Morjim beach.
“Accordingly, a trap was laid by Parab along with Police Inspector Narayan Chimulkar and other team members arresting Lucky Ekoemeye for carrying eight grams of Cocaine worth Rs 40,000,” the spokesman said.
The accused has been booked under Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
