Panaji: Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP) leader Premendra Shet is likely to join BJP soon along with another Ponda based politician.
Shet was amongst those who were shortlisted by MGP as its candidate for upcoming Goa polls. Shet is a brother of former MLA late Anant Shet and he is a face in Mayem assembly segment.
“I am in talks with BJP but nothing has been finalized.” Shet told goanewshub.
Sources stated that a senior politician from Ponda will also join BJP.
