Fatorda:nPolice arrested 29-year-old man for raping handicapped girl, on several occasion in the beach village of Colva in South Goa.
“Mohiddin Saab Shaikh, 29, was arrested at Fatorda (in South Goa) after a chase by team of policemen on Wedneday afternoon,” Colva Police Inspector Filomeno Costa told reporters.
The victim, who is handicapped, had lodged complaint on Wednesday that she was raped by the accused several times.
The accused had fled from the village when he came to know about the complaint but was arrested at the outskirts of Margao town at Fatorda
