Panaji: Power Minister Nilesh Cabral has clarified that he had never mentioned that Manohar Parrikar had done political stunt through PAC on mining.“During the debate I said that it was a political stand taken that time to expose the then ruling congress government,” he said.
“While talking I uttered the word ‘stunt’ but had quickly clarified that it was a ‘stand.,” he said.
Cabral said that the PAC report was based on the findings of Comptroller Auditor General(CAG).
