Panaji: The staff of GVK EMRI 108 received praises from Health Minister Vishwajit Rane after they helped a lady safely deliver a baby at her home.
Rane tweeted “The staff at GCK EMRI 108 never ceases to amaze us with their services. On February 14th, the staff acted swiftly to an emergency and safely delievered the baby at home. EMT Mahendra assisted pilot Rajendra in transporting both the mother and the baby to PHC Balli.”
“In the event of an emergency, GVK EMRI’s training for providing quality pre-hospital care and conducting safe deliveries has proven to be extremely beneficial,” he tweeted.
