Panaji: Goa Governor Mridula Sinha has responded to the Congress’ letter seeking her appointment. She has given appointment of 12 noon for the Congress to meet her.
The Congress party in Goa have decided to stake claim to form the government being the single largest unit in the legislative assembly.
“We have received intimation from Governor’s palace giving us appointment at 12 noon,” a senior congress leader said.
GPCC chief Girish Chodankar said that they are ready to prove majority on the floor of the House within a day without poaching into BJP camp.
