Panaji: As wishes pour in for legendary singer Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar on her 91st birthday, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and BJP Goa president Sadanand Shet Tanavde took to twitter to wish her on this special day.
“Happy birthday to the legendary singer, Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar ji. The daughter of Goa whose voice rules millions of hearts. Wishing the evergreen singer a very happy birthday. May God bless her with a healthy life,” the Chief Minister tweeted.
Wishing a long and healthy life for the famed singer, BJP state president tweeted, “Wishing legendary singer, nightingale of India, Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar ji. Praying for a long and healthy life.”
Besides, renowned oncologist Dr Shekhar Salkar also took to twitter to wish the nonagenarian singer. “Happy birthday to the nightingale of India and daughter of Goa, Lata didi. Your melodious voice rules millions of hearts and may God bless you with the abundance of good health,” Dr Salkar tweeted.
