Goa University approved BVoc Culinary Management Programme will be run by KCCA


Panaji : The Goa University has approved Verna-based Culinary Kamaxi College of Culinary arts (KCCA) to run a 3 year degree programme – the BVoc Culinary Management Programme.

The approvals came last year, the start date was pushed to June 2021 due to Pandemic.

The programme is designed for aspirants in Culinary entrepreneurship and management. It features in depth industry knowledge and skill sets, business education and advanced food production.

The on campus degree program is endorsed by Goa university and Tourism and Hospitality Sector Skill Council. Students who have passed their 12th STD exams with English as one of the subjects and those appearing for Class 12 or equivalent exams can appear for counseling, admission test and personal interview conducted by the college.
