Panaji : The government has constituted a State Level Organising Committee with the task of screening the proposals and monitoring Committee to monitor the day-to-day functioning and to oversee all activities pertaining to various works/facilities and their execution. The meeting for the momentous celebrations of Goa liberation day will be held today at 4:00 pm at Secretariat Panaji.
Earlier the govt had declared its plans to organise the Goa liberation day on 19th December in a grand way. The state level organising committee will be headed under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Pramod Sawant along with all forty MLAs of Goa, freedom Fighters, prominent businessmen and people from various fields.
