Panaji: Police today arrested a 35-year-old man suffering from voyeuristic fetish disorder, who had been breaking into the homes of people in the villages of Caranzalem and Taleigao.
Panaji Police arrested Tulsidas Shirodkar, 35, who lives at Taleigao village, on the outskirts of Panaji, after several residents complained of a mystery man, who used to break into their houses late night.
The instances had created panic amongst the people living around Panaji including Taleigao and Caranzalem villages.
Police Inspector Siddhanth Shirodkar said that the accused has been on the prowl since last three months. “He used to break onto the homes in the areas and watch woman sleeping and used to run away with ladies undergarments,” he said.
