Panaji: Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Pandurang Sawant is amongst the eight Indian members and alumni from JCI India , recognised as the most influential and representative members of JCI for Asia and the Pacific 2025.
The chief minister JC Pramod Sawant is in the list of most influential and representative members of JCI for Asia and Pacific 2025 along with Chairman of Gera Development Private Limited JC Kumar Gera and Member of Parliament Anil Bonde amongst others.
The others including JC Shine Bhaskaran, JC Kaveen Kumar Kumaravel, JC Sunil Kumar R, JC A M S G Ashokan and JC Ravi Shankar
Sawant was a founder President of JCI Usgao in the year 2007 and was instrumental in starting JCI Sanquelim , a unit which he has been mentoring till now.
The award is given to Sawant based on his commitment towards the society through Swayampoorna Goa initiative and also his ability to steer the state through crucial COVID19 crisis.
The award would be presented in a 110th Anniversary celebration function by JCI Philippines, scheduled to be held at Philipines on July 17-18, where the world leaders would gather.
