Cuncolim: In a significant political development in Goa politics, Former Cuncolim Municipal Chairperson Shri Shashank Desai joined Goa Trinamool Congress along with his 400 supporters today in a grand event held in Cuncolim. The event was presided over by Goa TMC leader Shri Dr Jorson Fernandes and Shri Aleixo Reginaldo.
Shri Shashank Desai was also the former secretary of the Devsthan Committee and former Councillor. He is also the former close aide of Joaquim Alemao. Goa TMC welcomes the grassroots leaders to join the movement and usher in a new dawn in the state.
