Panaji: Chief minister Pramod Sawant has ordered to keep the jobs in Public Works Department in suspension while initiating vigilance inquiry into the matter, Panaji MLA Babush Monserratte said.
Monserratte said that chief minister has ordered suspension of the recruitments done recently in the Public Works Department. He said that the inquiry will also initiative through Vigilance department.
He said that the recruitment will not take place till inquiry is completed.
“I give credit to the chief minister for such a decision. It is victory for all the candidates who had raised doubts or queries on PWD recruitment,” Monserratte said.
