Panaji: BJP Goa President Vinay Tendulkar has said that the announcement of party candidate for Panaji by-election would be done either later today or tomorrow morning.
Tendulkar said that the announcement will be done from Delhi.
The names of Utpal Parrikar and Siddharth Kunkolienkar are shortlisted.
