108 Ambulance management files complaint against a former employee, seeks police protection

Panaji: GVK EMRI which runs 108 Ambulance service in the state has filed a complaint against its former employee for trying to disrupt essential services by joining hands with Revolutionary Goans.

Sushma Saini, State Head, GVK EMRI in a complaint to Deputy Inspector General of Police has alleged that one Anup Naik, resident of Deulwada, Kasarpal, Bicholim, who is an ex-employee of GVK EMRI108 has joined hands with Revolutionary Goans and is trying to disrupt the Essential Services of 108 Ambulance service in the state of Goa in this time of covid-19 pandemic.

She has requested to provide police protection 24 by 7 our the office premises at GMC. She said that she is expecting them to hamper the Call centre service of 108 and damage the government assets and property which includes 4-wheeler ambulances, bike ambulance and office staff vehicles parked in the office premises.
