Panaji: In order to oversee the situation personally, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane will visit ESI hospital in Margao and COVID care facility at Shiroda tomorrow, on Sunday.
Health department sources said that Rane will be visiting the COVID hospital in Sunday to see the existing facilities and interact with the staff.
He will also take stock of the situation amidst rising cases of covid in ESI complex. State government has also decided to conduct random survey of the people living at Moti Dongor and Azad Nagar slums.
Rane will also visit Shiroda covidcare facility to see the infrastructure there.
The health minister’s personal supervision of the facilities amidst covid outbreak has been seen as an attempt of government to boost confidence of the people.
