Panaji : The Organising Committee of V. M. Salgaocar College of Law, Miramar Goa, is all set to conduct the 6th edition of Lex Infinitum an International Dispute Resolution Competition. Lex is held in collaboration with AIDR (Association for International Dispute Resolution). It will be held from February 21 to 27 in online mode.
Lex Infinitum provides opportunities to law students from across the globe to showcase their mediation and negotiation skills.
The 6th edition of this event will have participants from 36 negotiating teams and 18 mediators from 38 top law schools of which 13 are international teams and 10 national Law schools with a prize money of Rs 1,05,000. Several cash prizes trophies and awards will also be up for grabs.
Besides the competition, the participants will be provided feedback from top mediation and negotiation professionals and also promises training through an interactive certification course by way of Knowledge sessions which will be held from February 18 to 20 from 5 PM to 7 PM IST on ZOOM platform.
Lex will also witness Mediation Musings ‘Hammer out a deal, not ethics’, ethical dilemmas in ADR on february 19 from 6:45 PM to 7:45 PM IST on ZOOM platform. The ZOOM meeting ID for this program is 91959361460 which is open to all.
