Bicholim/Harvalem: Two teenagers originally from Bihar died due to drowning at Harvalem waterfall on Saturday where they had gone for a swim.
Bicholim Police Inspector Mahesh Gadekar said that Gurubhushan Kumar (17) and Satyendra Kumar (18), originally from Bihar, were working as a casual labourer in Goa.
Both had gone for a swim at Harvalem waterfall on Saturday where the incident happened at around 12.30 noon, he said.
Gadekar said that both victims were warned by locals not to venture in the water but despite repeated requests had jumped in the water.
