Canacona: Two sisters were among five Goans to bag bronze medals at the 3rd International Online Bon Championship organised by World Tongilmoodo Federation, South Korea. According to coach Raunak Sing of MMA Insanity Goa based at Don Bosco Oratory, Panaji, Goan students had participated in International 2nd and 3rd Online Championship. Representing India,5 Goans participants won bronze medals as results were announced on Thursday.
They are Erica J De Sequeira (Advanced U-17girls category blue belt to brown belt), Karan Pandit (U-17 boys category black belt), Shuban Pawar (Advanced U-17 boys category blue belt to brown belt), Glastian Peixoto (Advanced U-17 boys category blue belt to brown belt) and Giovanna LDE Sequeira (Novice kids category white belt to green belt). Singh said Giovanna (6) was among the youngest participants at the tournament.
