Panaji: PWD minister Nilesh Cabral clarifies on New Zuari Bridge traffic flow. Says from Margao, Vasco to Panjim will be allowed all vehicular traffic on three lanes whereas from Panjim to Vasco, Margao will allow only above 12 tons vehicles on one lane.
