Porvorim: PWD minister Sudin Dhavalikar who was recently treated in Mumbai will attend the session tomorrow, speaker Dr Pramod Sawant said.
Sawant said Dhavalikar had personally called him to inform that he would not be attending the session today, while he will be there tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Officer on Special Duty to Power minister Pandurang Madkaikar has sent a leave note.
