Porvorim: MGP MLA and former Transport Minister Sudin Dhavalikar has blamed former CM late Manohar Parrikar for the current situation on tourist taxi issue.
“Manohar Parrikar is to be blamed for the situation that has arisen today,” he told reporters outside assembly complex on Monday. He said that the former CM allowed them to take extension to install digital meters four times.
“ I was of the opinion that they should be forced to install digital meter but Parrikar allowed the extension,” he said.
Dhavalikar said that Parrikar also took lenient steps as far as speed governance and high security number plate is concerned.
