Panaji: Minister for Labour and Employment Rohan Khaunte today said that the State government has formed a Special Task Force to formulate employment policy in the private sector.
The Committee headed by Khaunte is expected to frame the policy within one month for the existing as well as new industries entering the Goan employment market.
Khaunte said that the policy which by and large will support the plans that will be defined to take care of employment of locals
Task Force will collect data on the total number of Goans employed in private sector.
The minister emphasized that the policy, which will be framed with the help of the stakeholders on board, will ensure that maximum jobs are provided to the Goans in every sector.
