Panaji: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi as Rajya Sabha passed a key bill providing constitutional status to the National Commission for Backward Class.
“Congratulations to PM @narendramodi ji as Rajya Sabha passed a key bill yesterday that provides constitutional status to the National Commission for Backward Classes,” Parrikar tweeted.
“This historic step would go a long way towards upliftment of the Other Backward Classes in the Country,” he added further.
