Panaji: Chief minister Manohar Parrikar said during his absence from the state, he was personally checking all emails.
Parrikar told reporters that during these three months of his absence from the state, he was in touch with the State administration on regular basis and has participated in all the decisions.
“I was absolutely in touch with the state for all decision making purpose. Every decision was referred to me through email and I used to approve it personally from the USA,” he said.
“I had detailed idea of what was happening in Goa,” the chief minister said.
Congress had filed a formal complaint with the Goa Police’s Crime Branch suspecting that “not the chief minister but someone else” was clearing the files.
