Panaji: The National Students’ Union of India, Goa along with final year students from various colleges gheraod the Registrar of Goa University today evening demanding that exams for final year students be conducted through online medium. “Classes were conducted through online mode hence exams should be conducted through online mode too,” said president of NSUI Goa Ahraz Mulla.
Ahraz Mulla while addressing the press alleged that the Registrar of Goa university has threatened an Afghan student who had come along with them to protest by he also alleged that she discriminated against him and that NSUI would file a complaint against the Registrar addressed to Prime Minister, Police, Leader of opposition, President of India and Chief Minister of Goa.
The NSUI also demanded that a full time Registrar be appointed at Goa University  who can address the students’ issue.
