Modi, Shah, Nadda, Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari to address public meetings in Goa

Panaji: Several leaders of BJP including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Party President J P Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union minister Nitin Gadkari and Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh would be addressing physical public meetings in the days to come.

BJP Goa President Sadanand Shet Tanavade told reporters on Monday that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be addressing physical public meeting on February 10 at Mapusa town, 9 kms away from here.

“It would be a mega rally of the party which would be attended by Central and State leaders,” Tanavade said adding that the public meeting will start at 5 pm.

Tanavade said that the campaign has been going on in full swing in the state, which will go for polling on February 14 under the leadership of election in-charge Devendra Fadanavis, Union Minister of Tourism, Culture and Development in North East Region G Kishen Reddy, who is also co-Incharge of BJP Goa Elections,  Union Minister of State for Railways and Textiles Darshana Jardosh, Goa Desk Incharge Shri C T Ravi and others.

He said that  Union Minister Nitin Gadkari would be releasing party’s manifesto on February 08 in Panaji following which he would be addressing public meetings at Fatorda and Navelim Assembly constituencies at 6 pm and 7 pm respectively.

On February 9, Union Home Minister Amit Shah would be participating in the door-to-door campaign between 4 pm to 4.45 pm at Mayem assembly constituency, he said.

Tanavade said that Shah will also hold two rallies in the Bicholim Assembly constituency at 5:30pm and the Sankhalim Assembly constituency at 7pm.

On the same day, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will hold public meetings at Ponda and Vasco Assembly constituencies respectively.
