Ponda: MGP leader Dr Ketan Bhatikar has demanded that immediate action should be taken to protect the archeological site of Safa Masjid, whose lake wall collapsed on Thursday.
Bhatikar said “immediate action has to be taken by government to preserve this archeological site. Safa Masjid is of very much importance to all Goans and specially Muslim families.”
“The restoration work has to be immediately carried out,” he added.
