Porvorim: Independent MLA Rohan Khaunte has questioned whether we are prepared to tackle the challenges that would arise after repatriation process will begin.
Khaunte tweeted “Repatriation efforts by the Govt of India will start from tomorrow! This is a much-needed move bring back stranded countrymen back home, but is Goa government ready for the challenges this may pose?”
“Testing kits and quarantine facilities need to be stepped up to prepare for any COVID positive cases. Increased protocol at the airport, ports and other state borders is extremely important. @goacm, lets start working on these lines and be well prepared for the Goans who are home-bound.”
