Health Minister Vishwajit Rane makes midnight visit to GMC
Bambolim: Health Minister Vishwajit Rane made a surprise midnight visit to the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) at Bambolim to assess the workload at its casualty department, officials said.
During the visit on Monday night, Rane examined the workload at the department and discussed measures to ease the burden on doctors to ensure that patients receive prompt medical attention and treatment.
The minister said the government was committed to providing all necessary facilities to doctors to ensure proper patient care.
He emphasised the need to take measures that would help doctors manage their workload and enable patients to receive timely treatment.
