Panaji: Health Minister Vishwajit Rane on Sunday complimented the people who donated their plasmas for utilised for the treatment Covid -19 patients.
In a tweet shared along with a video clipping, Rane wrote, “Goa’s Plasma Heroes from Unichem Laboratories who have volunteered to donate their Convalescent Plasma. Their noble gesture will help us save precious lives.”
Tejas Shinde, Sachin Shirgupikar, Laxman Sakpal, Harish Sawant, Abhiram Panshikar and Santosh Bhoyate were among the Covid warriors for ‘mission plasma’ campaign by Goa Medical College.
With more than 2000 active cases in the state, Rane has urged people to come up and donate their plasmas and become a Covid saviour.
