Panaji: I-T professionals of Goa lamented that while the state is celebrating the 60th Liberation Day, it remains incomplete as Goans have to leave the state for jobs. They also hinted the poor employment opportunity in the state and sought the government’s intervention in this regards.
The Goa IT Professionals’ (GITP) official account in a tweet stated, “Goaberation will remain incomplete while Goans have to leave the state for jobs. We hope @GoaGovt and @goacm will prioritize efforts to make favourable conditions for sustainable and non-damaging industries and create opportunities for Goan youth to make their careers in Goa.”
