Panaji: Goa reported 32.05 per cent COVID-19 infection on Tuesday with 1794 new infections being reported during the day.
As per health department bulletin, a total of 1794 people were tested positive on Tuesday taking the toll to 2,32,619.
Eight persons died due to infection during the day, after which the death toll has touched 3623. The positivity rate was 32.05 per cent
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 210799 with 2522 of them getting discharged on Tuesday.
“With 5597 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 17,88,044,” he added.
