Margao: Goa Forward Party sent two truck load of relief material to help out those people who are affected with the devastating flood at Kerala.
GFP President Vijai Sardesai flagged off both the trucks to Kerala which are expected to reach the flood affected areas tomorrow. Goa Youth Forward President Raj Malik is accompanying the relief material which would be handed over to the authorities in Kerala.
“Goa Forward Party has sent two truck load of provisins along with Goa Youth Forward President Raj Malik to Alleppey in Kerala,” Sardesai told reporters today.
“We believe this is the exemplification of Goemkarponn. It’s better to be a small party with a big heart than a big party with a small heart,” he said.
Sardesai said that party’s Vice President Durgadas Kamat has been coordinating with the Kerala government to ensure that the relief material reaches right hands.
