Panaji: Goa Electronics Limited (GEL) is entrusted with the task of developing official websites of all the government departments.
IT Minister Rohan Khaunte said that all the government website services are brought under one roof of GEL. “The development, maintenance and upgradation of the websites would be the responsibility of GEL,” he said.
Minister said that government has realized that many departments do not upgrade their website and the basic reason is that they do not have the expertise or the IT management unit.
